It's made during late TL3 whereas some of the other guns are mature TL4.

It is true that there are two other guns from a similar era, but it might be that these are better designed and manufactured. As Bill notes, the muzzle velocity of the smaller caliber guns is significantly higher, so penetration might be better. Of course, GURPS doesn't really have a mechanism to distinguish between the difference in 'wounding'* between different calibers larger than a shotgun slug.

The price difference could be due to the fact that the other two early bombards are wrought iron, whereas the Turkish bombards are bronze.

*Destruction, in this case, so it might be best to term is 'terminal effect'.
