Dude, my college roommate aced his Egyptian History class without buying any of the class texts, by using GURPS Egypt and the internet. GURPS history books rule, and I'd lay down hard credit card numbers (my own, even!) to e23 for a PDF of GURPS Middle Ages 2, GURPS Holy Lands, GURPS Historical Secret Societies, etc etc.

While we're on the subject, whatever happened to GURPS 4e Conspiracies? Sorry, not to hijack the thread, but it was slated to have lots of historical information ... historical if you believe Robert Anton Wilson and Umberto Eco, anyway.....

I know a few people also who passed exams and such or used the biblography for that purpose.
GURPS Cliff Notes anyone?
