Is it possible to use a Wild Talent as a Psionic Power?
Let's say: Wild Talent 1 (ESP, -10%) 18 per level. Does this mean you can use your ESP Talent (5 points/level) on your Wild Talent? Which would give you a +1 on your attribute for the purpose of Wild Talent but would also make it susceptible to interference from anything that affects the entire power or all psi powers. Is this correct? If it is correct, how does this look like: Wild Talent 1 (ESP, -10%; Retention +25%) 23 per level. With this setup you could learn all the skill you used via Wild Talent. But does the Power Modifier (ESP) than apply to all skills learned that way? e.g. Carpentry, IQ/E (ESP, 10%) |
