Parrying unarmed attacks

I'm in two minds about whether to allow the Parrying Unarmed Attacks rules against animals.
On the one hand, allowing it makes animals awfully unscary.
On the other, why are they suddenly different from a person punching you? (or biting you, for that matter).
And it does go far in explaining WHY wolves use wolf-pack tactics...
