The effect is intended to model two types of situations.
1. Big ass war golems body checking other golems out of the way or sending other units flying. (This one should probably be linked to a traditional slam type attack. But I do specifically want to not damage the attacker and not deal damage beyond the strenght of the attacker.

I'm having trouble picturing a big ass war golem that doesn't have enough DR to reliably absorb its own Slams, unless it's made out of wicker or something. It would only receive a couple of points from the Slam, not the full extra follow-up damage with doubled knockback, bear in mind. Fatigue seems like a strange fit for golems as well (I usually apply the Machine metatrait), and it would seem kind of odd if a Slam from a being of equal mass and velocity could damage it but its own Slams could not in an identical collision.
