Greetings! My name is Keith and my friends and I were playing Munchkin Bites recently and one of the newbies had a question that he didn't believe me fully on. Sooo, here's the scenario:
[1] I was in combat against two monsters and I was beating them [2] Another player duplicated the highest level monster with an Evil Twin card [3] I played some one shots to my side and was therefore winning [4] They played a single one shot to the side of one of the duplicate monsters, with my side still winning [5] The newbie argued that because the card said that "all the of the bonuses one monster got, it's twin should get it too" (paraphrase) and I agreed with him this is correct. However, the bonus to the monster or the enhancer to the monster should have been played BEFORE it was twinned in order for it to add to both. I said it didn't make sense to just automatically enhance both monsters with one card after making it's Evil Twin. So the question is: Does the order of monster enhancers or one shots matter when concnerned with the Evil Twin? PS: I won. |
