Been through 1-5 religiously. The Wight Brothers are the only one. Jabberwock offers you a choice between going to level 1 or discarding all your items. Hey, a choice is a choice!

Ghoulfiends could theoretically return you to 1 as their Bad Stuff is "your level becomes equal to the lowest level in the game"
