Fair enough, but -and I should have said this- I want to in include the options from Martial Arts and fit most of most turns onto one sheet (8.5x11).

There's a couple of sheets like that floating around already, but none of the ones I have appear to be signed, so I can't direct you to their authors. I can email you the sheets (PDF/XLS), though, if you'd like.

All I have are a bunch of PDFs on my thumb drive (none of the core rules).
