Need for steed update question

Will there be a "Ranger hireling" and "+10 to monster vs ranger" card in the next packs?

It seems odd that they we omitted in the De-Ranged expansion

Your question confuses me, especially since your title and question ask about different expansions. But, if you're wondering what's going to be in the Need For Steed and De-Ranged reprints, you should find that information in the change log, for which there is a link at the top of the FAQ. For right now, you're not going to find much information, since I think the reprints are scheduled for next year and, well, not a lot needs to change in either of those sets other than any added Class/Race cards that may have changed.

ok, so are we expecting any of the aforementioned cards in other sets since every other class has cards covering those two items?

Where is there a +10 to Monster v. Wizard card? Where is there a +10 to Monster v. Elf card? The is the other confusing part of your question, since I haven't a clue as to what you are referring to here.

Regardless, SJG doesn't discussed unannounced products, so if there were a product that had such things you suggest, it hasn't been announced yet and couldn't be discussed. Is it within the realm of possibility? Of course, but you're the first person that's even expressed concern over these kinds of cards missing.

There is a card called "Magic Resistant" that gives+5 to Level of Monster or +10 against Wizards. In addition the monster is immune to the wizard's charm ability.
I think he just asks if there ever will be a card like that against rangers since for all other classes such a card exists. ("...with bagpipes" against bards; "armored" against warriors; "from hell" against clerics and so on)
But there have never been any cards against races, so there is no "+10 against elves"-card....

Ah, yes. The "weird" enhancers from Steed. I remember now. . . Again, no one has brought this up 'til now, so I guess it's not been pressing in many people's minds (including mine).
