There are no examples of anything like a Corporate State in reality, it's a fantasy setting.

99.9% of the spaceships found in GURPS books (SS or VE) are fictional, and yet they are good, detailed (esp. VE2e), mostly internally consistent, well thought-out examples.

Same with, e.g., THS. Fictional, but well done.
