Marc...would also. Creation would have a brisk business. Specific artificers would be highly sought after. In Hell, it's Rakshashi, a Djinn Purveyor who does the absolute best bespoke vessels. She uses an entire Damned soul to make one.

Definitely. Actually, that makes sense as a higher-level attunement that Eli might sometimes give out, one to create Vessels. (Of course, I'll bet most of the angels who have it are closely watched by Dominic.) Jordi would be another one who might give his angels the ability to create Vessels of their own, considering that it was him who invented the whole business in the first place (which is odd, given that he's a Kyriotate, the one choir who doesn't need them).

(I personally explain Jordi and Vessels with the concept that he was jumping around into physical bodies so much, he realized how they were put together, and since the Symphony was more fuzzy back then, he was able to go, "Look? See? A fake animal! Isn't this cool? Hey, Eli, would you like one?")
