I'm really trying hard to think of why this matters. Why should I not deprive a guy of using a card that will make me re-roll, or adjust the result of my roll, when the result of my roll won't matter? I'm tired, it's been a long day and the beginning of a long week for me, so maybe I'm not recalling any cards where massive benefits can be gained by playing off someone's Run Away roll against a Monster that won't even chase them. If you're going to make potentially wild claims you need to do one of two things: a) Show me where Andrew or I said, in this forum, that it's a necessity, or b) convince me by telling me the card names of the cards that you think warrant rolling when not necessary.

Andrew has said here and here that in such cases a roll is NOT necessary. I stand corrected, and apologize for my wild claim (and moreso for not checking it first before I made it). Last edited by Kirt; 06-22-2010 at 04:54 PM. Reason: spelling |
