Munchkin 4 Question: Press On Wings with Turtle Steed

Hi :) We just got Munchkin 4, and I had a question.
When you apply Press On Wings to Turtle Steed, what is your Run Away bonus?

Press On Wings says "You have +1 to Run Away when riding your newly winged steed." Turtle Steed says "You have -1 to Run Away..." Does the bonus from the Press On Wings overwrite the Turtle's penalty, or do the two add together for a net bonus of zero?

It does not override the penalty, they stack, for a total of 0.
