Epic Munchkin PDF: Not working?

Hey, any suggestions on downloading the epic munchkin rules? I checked out and clicked the 400kb download link, but it just opens a blank page with no download. Is there somewhere else I could get it, or?

Right-click the link and then click save as. Then open the file from that location.
