For those in the United States who purchased the Sammlerkoffer: what was the final cost, and were there any import duties?

My total cost was $69.78. From the time I paid, it took three days to get here. Signature was required but no duties.

Did they send you a shipment confirmation after they received your payment or did they just mail it w/out letting you know? I paid thru paypal last wednesday or thursday and have yet to hear anything else.

I got no shipping notice which was why I was surprised to see it so quickly.

Yeah, DoomedDuck, I paid by Paypal within an hour or two of receiving the e-mail, but I didn't get mine yet either. I do have a package waiting for me at the post office to pick up from yesterday, so I'm hoping that's it :).

Edit: It wasn't the Sammlerkoffer, but it was my order from Warehouse 23 including the full Zombies line-up and Skullkickers... Yay!
