Epic Munchkin PDF

I'm a relatively new Munchkin player and was interested in trying out Epic Munchkin. However, when I go to download the PDF from e23 it always fails to open. Is there another way to get the Epic Rules?

Perhaps you have the same problem as the person here. Solution was to right click, then choose Save As on the link.
