[Spaceships] Hardened Armor/Force Field Question

Is there anything in the later Spaceships books to permit Hardened Armor (SS1:29) and Hardened Force Screen (SS1:32) to be taken as leveled options? It not, what's a good pricing for the second through fourth levels of either?

Not sure. The RAW way would be to build a Bio-Tech spaceship.
