I can't find anywhere that specifies that it does, so my gut instinct is "no, it doesn't." But I could see the argument that Enthrallment skills are a type of Influence Skill, and thus they should be included.

No, it doesn't, for a few reasons. First, the Influence skills are listed on p. B359; they are Diplomacy, Fast-Talk, Intimidation, Savoir-Faire, Sex Appeal, and Streetwise. But more important, Charisma isn't normally added to those skills! It only adds to Influence rolls.
When you use Fast-Talk to try to con someone, that's not an Influence roll. When you use Fast-Talk to distract someone, that's not an Influence roll. An Influence roll is a very specific thing -- it refers to using a skill roll to replace a reaction roll. So you only add Charisma to Fast-Talk skill when you're using it generically to try and get a Good reaction. This is a very important distinction, and is the reason Charisma is only 5 points/level instead of 10 or 15! :)

Charisma, up to 5 determines how many people are affected by the Enthrallment skill. It does not increase size of targetable subjects AND increase the chance of success.
