Statting the advantageous side of Doctor Gaius Baltar

Greetings, all!

I took a shot at writing him up for Guess The Character earlier, but now I'm curious about properly representing him (and his feats) in game terms more seriously. Specifically, the advantages and skills required for those feats. For instance:

• Given that he's not really from Caprica, should he really have Status? Status plus Secret? Social Chameleon?
• I assume that his Ally build is basically Insubstantiality+Invisibility. Or is there any other approach to building 'only in your head' Allies?
• What's the state of his reaction modifier advantages and social skills? He managed to become president in the early seasons, but back then he didn't have a negative Reputation. But it might be a minor feat compared to creating a religious cult (with all the bells and whistles) almost from scratch despite his negative Reputation? People say he doesn't have leadership skills, but if he doesn't, how does he do that?

Are we talking Baltar before Caprican was hit, or afterwards on Galactica?

I believe he has Status, in both instances. He is respected because he is a renowned scientist. He may not be a genius, but he sells himself the right way. He had a high education, status often follows this.
And reputation among those actually familiar with his work.

Secret (Embarrassment), I think. If blown he gets what Social Stigma: Minority instead?

I'd build the "Six" in his head as a Patron with minimal intervention actually.

He definitely has at least Attractive (but probably Handsome) appearance. He's got some amount of Charisma. A Science talent of some kind as well. He certainly has Influence skills, Sex-Appeal, Diplomacy and Acting all at high levels at least. I'd give him Attribute Substitution (Sex Appeal based on IQ). Destiny, of course.
