Wand of Dousing to level up?

Can a player take a level up card with the WOD? Does going through discard appy to BOTH treasure and door discards?

Yes to both questions. It lets you bring back ANY card from ANY discard pile (except for Dungeons from Munchkin 6 and Munchkin Cthulhu 4, because those cards never go into your hand).

yep... Or He could just sell it.
99% of the time it's not the greatest use of a wand of dowsing though.
