Villains in Westerns seem to enjoy throwing victims to the ground and cutting them on the face with their spurs. Presumably, this would be an attack against a prone target, who may also be stunned - so they probably won't be able to defend against the attack. So the attacker could use a Telegraphic Attack to get a bonus to minimize the penalty for attacking the face. So far so good.
The question is: what is the damage of a spur? My first thought would be to treat it as a kick (stomp or regular) but convert it to cutting - sound good? |

Spurs are specifically designed to do only minor damage. I very much doubt that they would do more than a single point of damage. Since a cutting attack can never do less than one point of damage, you might as well just say that it's always one point.

You might take a tip from the razor kicks or high-heeled hurt perks, and reduce damage when converting to cutting. -GEF
