Default Time Warp card - what exactly does it cancel?

I have tried to search for this in existing threads, but could not locate the answers I was seeking.

I don't recall the exact text on the card, but I believe it says something along the lines of "allows you to cancel any trap or one-shot card immediately after they are played".

My group was trying to figure out the definition of a one-shot card. We decided to consider any card that has the text "Usable only once" as one that may be canceled immediately after it is played.

The confusion is that through out the general Munchkin instructions, it references "one-shot items" as "usable only once". Not all treasure cards that have "usable only once" have a Gold/Credit value, therefore they are not considered items.

So my question is, generally what cards are considered "one-shot" cards that Time Warp can cancel?

PS: I may be completely wrong about the text on the card as I don't have the card in front of me.

I too would like a clarification here. We have always played that the definition of a one-shot is any card that has 'Usable Only Once' on it, but never received confirmation that this is correct.

Well, since I'm looking at the text on the card and it says "one-shot Item," not "one-shot card," I hope that wraps up the confusion there. Also, the Item has to be used, not simply played, so you can't use Time Warp to destroy a one-shot Item that a player has chosen to carry. Regardless, one-shot Items have a gold piece value (just like every other Item) and say, "Usable once only," not, "Usable only once."

One-shot cards could be a term used to describe one-shot Items as well as Monster Enhancers, non Item Treasure cards which are played and discarded, regardless of whether they say, "Usable once only," and special Door cards that also have a play and discard mechanic, however I don't know that we officially define that terminology anywhere.

Edit: In looking at a previous version of the rules, I find a definition of one-shot cards that essentially means a card that says "Usable Once Only" or gives a Level increase (which means Monster Enhancers). So, yes, we defined it.

The rules define this to be the case:
