DF 1 & 2 Softcovers?

The Dungeon Fantasy 1 & 2 softcovers on Warehouse 23 have been listed as being on Back Order for some time now ... is there any indication when (or if) they might be available again? The e23 FAQ states that I can have a copy shop print up one copy of each from the PDFs, but I'd rather give my money to SJG.

We will be getting reprints in, I can't say when, but we're working on it. You can still give us money by purchasing the books from e23 and then going to a copy shop and having them print it out.

1 through 4 saw print. Correct? Will the next run be the same format? It appears 5 through 10 are not going to be in print. Is that correct?

It probably depends on the sales. It looks like e23 files have to hit a certain sales threshold before they go softcover. I suggest you buy 500 copies each of 5-10. :)
