According to a thread started by Eric Gibson, it seems likely he's selling the property.

I hope the buyer does a good job with it. TORG needs streamlined rules to fasilitate moving from realm to realm. The first edition of TORG was busy and messy in both good and bad ways. The new edition needs to steamline play and leave the complexity in the setting where it's fun.
