Missing GURPS Resource

I recall a page that allowed GMs to create custom skill/trait lists with check boxes and such. I believe it used to be on the GURPS Resources page, but I cannot find it now. Does anyone else remember this and if so can a link be provided?

Are you talking about the 4e Traits Sorter?
