Is it possible to train skills (as described in time use sheets) two in once?
E.g. training driving skill (DX/A) while training area knowledge (random town i'm in) skill (IQ/E)? Note: I have previous knowledge of both skills. Thx. |

Sure.
For game balance reasons, you split the time gained between them. At the GM's option, certain training regimens and/or stressful learning conditions may qualify for more rapid skill acquisition, even in a completely realistic setting. Basically, the process of learning is complex enough so that the 200 hours = 1 point is a gamable abstraction that has little or nothing to do with reality. In reality, different people learn at different speeds and that speed may vary enormously from one skill to another. Anything the players and GM feel is plausible should over-rule the general rules if that makes them happier.
