Default Regeneration (not vs fire or sunlight): limitation value

So one of my hobbies in GURPS is chiseling away at my vampire templates for my Cabal campaign. In the GURPS: Character Assistant program I noticed the limitation "bane", and had been applying it to the Regeneration advantage in cases of fire or sunlight. However, I'm far from sure that's canon/RAW. What would you guys value the limitation at at?

As a follow up question, how would you rate "only vs fire or sunlight"? I've been giving them a much slower regeneration power separately to deal with only such damage, which feels a little clunky but seems to work.

The templates in question have Leech and a sort of Feature level Unhealing (can only heal through Regeneration, powered by ER) standard. Thanks in advance for everyone's time.

I'd probably go one of two ways on this. If vamps are fairly easy to identify, and everyone knows, through myths or known fact, that fire and sunlight are the way to to, I'd call it -20%. Now, on the other hand, I suspect a Cabal game has more secretive vamps. That being the case, I'd call it -10%. As a follow up to that, I'd just go with halving that and calling it a -5% for "Slow Regen vs. Fire and Sunlight", and call it good.

Bane is a special modifier for Regrowth. The numbers it gives are too generous to be applied to Regeneration, IMO. Fnordianslip's estimates look about right... I'd probably call it -20%.

I'm kind of leaning towards going with this in the absence of any other ruling, which would bring us close to that -20% level mentioned upthread. I agree that Bane is overpowered for Regeneration but it feels comparable to me to use rules intended for DR for regen.
