I am wondering why Semi-Aquatic isn't one of the optional prerequisites for this skill. In the RAW it states: "Swimming, or the Amphibious advantage or the Aquatic disadvantage". IMO, this should state "Swimming, or the Amphibious advantage, the Aquatic disadvantage or the Semi-Aquatic disadvantage".
Semi-Aquatic beings are just as equipped for this as an Aquatic being would be, do you think? |

A minor oversight, I'd say. Yeah... Semi-Aquatic should count as a prereq also.

I’m OK with ignoring that bit from the text of No Legs. It makes sense to me to allow the swapping of penalties for Semi-Aquatic (penalties that would normally apply in water instead apply on land)… or perhaps reduced penalties in both environments. |

Given that people with the swimming skill can apparently use aquabatics, I'm not seeing how taking standard skill penalties in the water is going to completely discourage a creature with substantially stronger aquatic tendencies.
