SM -1 armor & weapon modifiers?

I just purchased Dungeon Fantasy 1 - Adventurers and i was pleased to find the SM +1 armor and weapon prices and modified stats. This is something i've been wanting/needing for quite some time. However that said, it seems like an obvious oversight not to go ahead and list the SM -1 stats as well. I realize that no book can meet everyone's expectations but traditional fantasy races include SM -1 races like gnomes and halflings (or in my campaign's case gobbers/goblins) more often than SM+1 in my personal experience.

Can anyone tell me if the stats for SM-1 weapons and armor listed in either of the next two Dungeon Fantasy books or did i miss the info in one of the Basic books or Martial Arts?

Of course. Rules for SM<0 characters are available in DF 3.

Thanks. Looks like i'm buying that one too. The racial templates look pretty interesting anyway.
