Default Standing Up after being tripped or knocked down

This probably was addressed else where. If so, I'm unable to spot it and would appreciate being directed to the conversation.

When determining the order of character actions, does a person on the ground due to having been tripped (eg Trip spell), swept, shield-rushed knocked down, took 8 hits or more and fell, etc get the +4 to DX to stand up? The scenario does not include another person in the hex.

I am wonder how to remedy a person standing and attacking the fallen person vs the fallen person for order of actions.

thanks in advance

Melee 2018, page 7: "Rise from prone, kneeling, or knocked-down position at the end of the combat phase"

This is a change in Legacy as you DO NOT stand up in DX order, but rather at the end of the turn AFTER everybody else has acted.

AFTER. OK. Looking back at the Options, that now stands out in the text that it is at the END of the turn. Thanks.
