Default [Nordlondr Folk] Stonecunning?

I'm reading Nordlondr Folk, and the racial "gifts" are very nice.
However, I'm wondering. How are some of the abilities priced? In particular

Quote:
Stonecunning [26]. At a glance, the dvergr with Stonecunning can tell what materials were used in the construction of a stone building (or what kind of rock surrounds him in a cave), its dimensions, and whether there are any natural weak points, hidden doors, or secret passages. This application of Stonecunning doesn’t require a roll—it’s automatic for any natural or artificial stonework the dvergr can see. With a Concentrate maneuver and a roll against IQ (or Hidden Lore (Lost Civilizations), Traps, or Prospecting if those skills would be appropriate and are higher), they can automatically detect any traps, valuable ores, or other features in stonework that they can see; this also lets them know details like how old it is and who built it, unless that knowledge is truly lost to time.
It seems to be some variation of Detect (stonework) [10?], maybe with Analyzing+100%, Reflexive+40%, and Reliable 4, Reflexive Only (+16%)? Am I correct?

EDIT: A much better implementation:
Detect (Stonework, Common), Analyzing +100%, Analysis only -50%, Vision-Based, Reversed -20%. [26]

Rationale: Stonework (in particular if also including natural caves) is certainly common in DF. Stonecunning as described in the NFolk book does not give the capability of locating something on its own, so Analysis only is the way to go. And given that the dwarf is limited on what he can actually see, Vision-Based to top it off at exactly 26 points (without vision-based a dwarf with the trait could in theory analyze something he simply knows it's there somewhere, using any other sense. This is borderline double-dipping with Analysis only, but still XD)

Default Re: [Nordlondr Folk] Stonecunning?

Another mistery, the Elven Glamour trait...

Quote:
Elven Glamour [10 points]. By concentrating for 10 seconds you can alter your voice and appearance (skin tone and facial features, but not clothing and gear) to resemble those of any SM 0 humanoid race. This ability gives +4 to all skill rolls for Disguise or Mimicry (Speech) (and requires a roll against those skills to imitate a specific individual). Glamour is an illusion; it does not work in areas with low or no mana. Anyone observing you gets a Will roll at -5 to pierce the illusion. Glamour cannot alter your shape: you retain your height and general build. Its effect never lasts more than 10 minutes; when it expires, you cannot use this ability again for 5 minutes.
It is clearly some combination of Elastic Skin and Mimicry, but what about the point cost?

My best guess (WARNING very ugly XD):

Elastic Skin (Glamour -5%, Magic -10%, Nuisance Effect, does not work in low mana -5%, Maximum Duration, up to 10 minutes -50%, Link +10%) [8]
+
Mimicry (Glamour -5%, Magic -10%, Nuisance Effect, does not work in low mana -5%, Maximum Duration, up to 10 minutes -50%, Link +10%, Aspected, speech imitation -20%) [2]
