Dungeon Magic 28 has Sovereign Countermagic
GURPS Magic pg 60 has the Spell Stone enchantment Let's say I want to enchant a stone that will cast Sovereign Countermagic. Is this possible? |

Sovereign Countermagic is only available to Pentacalists.
Spell Stone (or enchantments generally, because it's Dungeon Magic) is not on the spell list for Pentacalists. |

I figure that means they have no alternate prerequisite system for that enchantment spell in particular but I'm not aware of any rules about styles precluding learning a spell in the standard fashions outside of the style's prereq system using standard prereqs.

By RAW, Pentacalists are intended for DF and DF does not have PC enchanting.
GURPS MS:DM pg. 3 "What GURPS Magical Styles: Dungeon Magic aims to do is provide further worked examples for Thaumatology: Magical Styles in the form of schools of wizardly magic – as opposed to shamanism, theurgy, or whatever – for Dungeon Fantasy." DF1:20 "Enchantment spells are the sphere of sage NPC enchanters, who don’t share their secrets. If you want a magic sword and can’t afford one, go look in a dungeon . . ." Obviously, you can house rule anything your group will accept. |

If you don't use magical styles, I see no problem just placing the spell into the basic spell list, maybe with a secret spell requirement perk. Then it could go from just DF to any type of basic magic game. So it would be a GM call.
