If I have Mickey and Baymax on the table and use Baymax's bonus and have to pass Baymax do I have to lose all my other allies per Mickey's Ability? is passing Baymax considered "losing" an ally?

Yes. That's not a great combo of allies. But if you can give Baymax to another player who has Mickey, it's a sneaky way of making them lose all their allies if they aren't paying attention.
