Munchkin puppies

I have a lot of the theme packs such as dragons, clowns, kittens. Those packs the cards have the names on them like clown to clarify the monster is a clown and most have the ability to join another clown or whatever pack in combat without wandering monsters. The Puppy pack doesn’t clarify that they are puppies so I was wondering does the hop in on other puppies a thing for that pack or did they not include that ability?

Munchlin Puppies does not come with any special rules.
