Munchkin Harry Potter Dragons Follow Munchkin Dragon Rules?

There is "Big" Items, if I remember correctly, in Harry Potter. However, Fire/Flame attacks I cannot remember. Regardless, do Munchkin Harry Potter "Dragons" follow the Munchkin Dragon Rules?

If you are blending with a set that has those rules, yes. On its own, no.
