Are diffrent munchkin dlc's available with the original game?

So recently I got the game as a deluxe and that game with a dlc from munchkin bites and I was just wondering if I could use this in game?

do you mean Muchkin Bites! promo cards, expansions, or ... ?

Yes, any Munchkin cards can be blended with other Munchkin cards, however you may have difficulties with Races from Munchkin Bites! without the core Munchkin Bites! set. Therefore, you might find difficulties playing with these Munchkin Bites! cards, as the backs are different than the Munchkin Deluxe card backings.
