Decks of Destiny has a table that uses d3s. Expect more uses in the future.

As to how many: That's completely your call!

I was wondering the same thing, but I may forget because they're both relatively easy to do with d6s. (But then, I'm so old I started playing D&D without dice, so I had to make charts to synthesize all five with d6s until I could get some. So my memory may well be faulty.)

No. That project on BackerKit is closed. These are separate campaigns.

Ah, I asked on KS about where in TFT to use D12s and D3s. Thanks for the info. D3s make sense to add to the game, as they have the same statistical distribution as D6s. But the result plot of 1D12 is very different from 2D6, as I'm sure you know. Will be interested to see how they get used.
