Magic Rainstorm help
I don't have access to my books right now, but didn't the original description for this spell have a DX modifier for attacks into or through it? It's missing in the new version. Unless I'm going blind

There is no mention of one in the original Advanced Wizard book. Only that fireballs, lightning, and dragon fire cannot pass through the area of effect. The spell description is basically unchanged in the new ITL book.

It does seem like something one could argue into existence. I'd be surprised if there was any spell that someone somewhere hasn't house-ruled a change into.
