Ganar con cartas

Se puede sumar el último nivel usando Pollymorph o una carta que desaparezca el monstruo? Ya que leí en las preguntas frecuentes que se considera derrotar por lo tanto ganaría el combate y sumaría nivel

You must actually kill a monster to gain the winning level (unless a specific card says otherwise, such as Divine Intervention). Knocking a monster out of combat by other means doesn't give you levels, so you can't use it to win the game.
