Seems like the modifiers for 'flyers' could apply.

Regardless, this is a really fun character concept! Perhaps my next PC will be a desparado with a secret identity, armed with a rapier and whip and able to ride like the wind.

Yes, on top of Blur and Unnoticeability. It's so powerful that it makes some people spell his name incorrectly.
