Want there a post in this or the main TFT forum containing a number of home brew monsters for the game? I can't seem to find it.

If not, wanna start one here?

Default Re: TFT Creature Thread - TriCidriTops

TriCidriTops
ST = 30 to 50
DX = 11
IQ = 5
MA =12
  • Medium body Armor stops 2
  • Skull armor stops 4
  • Horns do 3 dice damage
  • Beak does 2 dice damage
  • Stomp 3 dice damage

4 hexes in size. Looks similar to Earth's Triceratops.

Herbivore that lays eggs.

The body plates that form the outer shape slightly overlap and the beast stands about the size of a bull elephant.

When going into full defend mode, this beast folds in on itself.
The heavy plates fold in on each other, shrinking the TriCidriTops to the size of a large rhinoceros, a three hex animal.
MA = 10
  • Heavy body Armor stops 5
  • And it cannot stomp
It takes 2 turns to contract.

Those that are used as Draft Animals have a special harness that prevents the TriCidriTops from Contracting.

Riding and Warriors
Standard TCT saddles ride high on the shoulders.
However, Warriors specially trained to use TCT in war have a unique saddle that fits right behind the crownplate which keeps the head from crushing back on the rider. Warriors often use lances when charging and then switch spears when up close.
A gimbled crossbow can be mounted on the crownplate to allow protected firing.

These Warriors can ride the TCT in regular or compacted mode.
