gains power wording

There is some different wording of gaining power:
"gains power" (e.g. Clampire)
"gains power for this fight" (e.g. Shrieking Fans)
"gains power until the end of the fight" (e.g. Pied Piper)

Is this equivalent wording?

"Gains power for this fight" and "gains power until the end of the fight" would be equivalent wording.

The Clampire is different, in that its ability is only active if a Hero is bleeding, so it could result in different timing than the other two.
