Is X equal number of Bob Ally include which one I try to play?
How can I register his Life? Just remember? If someone play onother one is his Life change?

Not sure on two of your questions, but you can use tokens to mark Bob Ally's life

Yes, he counts himself for calculating X.
His life is the number of Bobs in play. If there's only one, he's just a 1. So if you cant remember how much life he has, just count how many are in play. His life does change if more come into play or if others leave play. I wouldn't recommend tokens, as tokens on Allies means damage.

I have Bob in play. My opponent play another one. My Bob life become 2.
Then my Bob take 1 damage. And then opponents Bob is squished. Is my Bob life down to 0?
