Is the Munchkin Pinny Arcade pin considered a pin for the rules posted at http://www.worldofmunchkin.com/apparel/metalpin/?

It does look cool and doesn't need a rule.

EDIT: In a rare rule reversal, Andrew Hackard has confirmed that the pin rule is pin-agnostic, so it counts for all Munchkin pins. However, you can only use one bonus per pin design, per game.
