I just got my box, and have two copies of adventurers and no copies of Exploits. This is unfortunate. What's the proper channel for getting this fixed?

Just want to note, while I'm still eagerly looking forward to a printed copy of Exploits. SJG took care of me as well as a company possibly could. Customer Service appreciated greatly.

I had similar service when 4e first came out and my Basic Set kept falling apart. I got new copies, no questions asked. SJGames is one of the few companies left that treats its customers like it wants them to come again.
