As I started writing this, I was first going to ask for help on what to do, being completely stumped myself, but I think I have a stroke of inspiration and now just need advice for pricing (along with any suggestions or insight anyone can offer, since I tend to overlook details).
So, mission statement: I'm trying to build a power based on Hisoka's Bungee Gum from Hunter X Hunter. For those who don't know it, it's the ability to change the properties of your own life aura that can stretch, contract, attach and detach according to the wishes of the user. It usually appears similar to a stretched out piece of bubble gum that is invisible to anyone not using their powers to see invisible aura stuff. My idea is to use TK as a base, using the "hand" to grab something to "attach" to objects, and then dragging them closer to contract. However it will need to be modified heavily. For starters, each hand should only be able to forcibly drag something else towards the other hand (contracting the gum), or gently relax it's hold (for instance, using it like a rope to let someone down slowly). I figure the Attraction Limitation might be a place to start, though this seems somewhat less limiting. The other thing is that the "hands" need to materialize from the Character, and then be thrown and subject to physics as normal. They can't be floating hands that the Character can move with their mind. I have little idea how to price this one altogether. As a result, the power shouldn't be able to punch directly, but could say slingshot physical objects as weapons (I think there was a Limitation for this, but as I'm typing now it's midnight and I'm struggling on what little brain power I have left). *Edit: And something else I forgot, which is more or less a question for TK in general. Is there any Enhancement or way to get more hands for your TK? |

TK normally gives you the equivalent of two invisible hands. It seems to me that going to three could fairly be defined as a +50% enhancement. Of course, this wouldn't give you an extra attack—you'd have to take Extra Attack for that—but it would give you bonuses in grappling.
