telekinesis with more finesse

The description in characters says that you can manipulate objects like you were grasping them with hands that have st equal to your tk level.
What about telekinesis activity as seen in many movies etc that allows me to flex a coil or rope in several places at once or move a cloud of marbles to form a rough moving sculpture, or moving a blob or ball of water. What do I have to buy for TK to move stuff from many (or possibly endless, near endless like with the blob of water) points at the same time?

If you want to move multiple separate things (such as marbles, stone or wood chips, etc), add Area Effect to your TK. If you only want to affect a liquid (but affect a continuous volume of it) then the Hydrokinesis perk is sufficient

Yeah. Area Effect might do more than you need in some cases, but it allows for very creative manipulations.
