Just finished my 1st ever munchkin game with my kids...lots of fun, and lots of questions. Two that I haven't found clear explanation of in he FAQ
1. I don't get the difference between drawing cards face up or face down. If they all end up in my hand, won't I see them all either way? 2. Most of the monsters we encountered had treasure amounts listed, but no levels. Will you defeat some monsters but not get a level increase? We were using the munchkin 24th printing and unnatural axe add-on cards Thanks |

1. Drawing face down means only you get to see the card - this is for when looting the room or drawing treasure cards in a combat you won on your own or some other cases where some ability allows you to draw a card "face down".
Drawing face up means everybody gets to see the card - kicking down the door is face up, and drawing treasure cards when you had a helper. 2. All monsters are worth at least 1 level. It only specifies the levels if its more than 1. |
