Just completed a round of munchkins with my friends for the first time.
We would appreciate some clarity on the rules here... Tks in advance. 1) Can armed items as well as carrying items (placed sideways) be converted immediately as discard cards to power the class's abilities such as berserking, Resurrection, Turning etc? 2) To enjoy the race bonus from half-breed and Super Munchkin cards, do we keep them in hand or place it on the table? We can coming from an angle of freeing card slots to meet the 5-card requirement. 3) For cards like flaming poison potion, druid fluid etc, it state an bonus to either side. Does this mean to the monster and player as well? If so, it does not offer much to the battle... Why are these cards design in such a way? 4) Can a player level up to victory through cards, besides Divine Intervention for Cleric? We suppose not, therefore would appreciate a confirmation on this. 5) For carrying items (placed sideways), must it be placed upwards? |

I'm assuming you mean "face up." Yes. Cards in play must be visible to all players, and are public information -- so putting them in a stack where only the top one is readable is also not kosher.

Tks for the advice given.
Yes, it is either side. Can't believe that all four of us actually missed it.. sigh. |
