So, if you're using GCA5 and the Languages as listed as Advantages, you're probably using a custom file that wasn't updated for the changes in GCA5 (which moved Languages and Cultural Familiarities into their own lists).

You'll just need to move all those language Advantages into a [Languages] block in the file. You'll also want to see if there's something like a Language Talent or something in the file that affects Languages, because that might also need to be adjusted to work properly.
